Folks, this is fantastic. DGIV is about to become a fully reporting company, and will be taking a huge step towards NASDAQ, where there are NO MM's!!

This is HUGE news!!! All DGIV investors: the completion of the filing of form 10 -SB by DGIV is HUGE!!!! Now the company's FUNDAMENTALS will be confirmed on paper/will attract SERIOUS investors with BIG,BIG bucks to invest! Many of the "deep pocket" investors would want to wait for the filing before committing SERIOUS cash; now that the filing is done and will be available to the public soon...LOOK OUT!! In addition, remember Mr.CHin's many trips? Since he is the DEAL CLOSER, you may ask why deals from those trips have not been announced? I would bet now that the form 10 is filed, the company is "free" to resume announcements of the deals. The timing is NOT important since we know there are more deals coming. However, the announcements, whenever they happen, will further VALIDATE this company to NEW investors! Bottom line: the filing of form 10 will open a veritable floodgate of news/announcements, attracting in turn NEW investors with BIG BUCKS!!!! We are now getting ready to LIFT OFF!!!!!
