Richard,

It could very well come to pass. I never did commit to buying GPGI but after the Mxam AGM I grew to have a much greater respect for the companies holding and a better understanding of why GPGI has been "blessed" with an enhanced ore pile.

These companies do have good ears and keep them to the wall. If Mr. Jensen put this letter out than there is a very good chance that there is truth to it. I just wish that some of the share holders and company members would hear that I am not the enemy. I was in relatively close contact with the "forces" that stalled the IPM move long enough for the company to shoot themselves in the foot.

Why a reverse split? I have only seen a couple of them and in both cases the stock price did not stall in it's decent of price and gave it further to fall with much less shares. If they were successful, I could see them doing it to pick up a greater % for much less money. If the letter speaks the truth then I think GPGI needs to get a heavy hitter on their side. Look at the back-up that IPM had until they shot themselves in the foot.

I just want to add for the threads sake that I want GPGI to succeed in a very strong way and I mean that with all sincerity.
