Exact same thing happened with Citicorp about 1991. CEO was a BIG buyer even with huge option position. I followed him and did nicely.

I am impressed. CEO would DEFINATELY NOT buy shares in a bankrupt co!!! Implies he saying the co is worthy of $500,000 +/- investment of his hard earned $. I like it!!!

Bost may just sell them in the open market, as a block. No prob with that, that I know of. Think they announced their intention on sale of the Bagle co some time ago.

Blip said, "M. Stanley hired to evaluate Einstein Bagel sale." Implies sale may be done or being done or to be done. Dunno?

In any case, the news stories did not give dates on any of the blips I posted. Must assume they are timely.
