CL, the only, <<finally in that long-awaited home stretch>> I hope so. The lack of measurement and the efficiency confusion just demonstrates a sloppy operation and lack of discipline. The added cost to make measures during development work is minimal and the only way to determine what has been accomplished. They do have some professionals now that should bring the required discipline. The technology is too difficult to expect a home run the first time at bat. Practice and incremental improvement are required. Maybe we are starting to see some of that now occurring?
