About combining nitates esp. nitroglycerin aerosol or s/l with viagra. I have not yet heard a good discussion on 1/2 lives . ie if a person was taking nitro s/l and he decided to take a viagra. he should be ok as long as he waited an hour after nitro(guess at time)and he did not take nitro after viagra for how long??? this time could be guessed at with a higher chance of accuracy by someone with access to biodegradation info, but with the vast oversupply of lawyers in your country he would probably want to limit his opinion to how long viagra could have a vasodilatory effect in the subject(either by itself or additive to nitrate). Given this info the patient should have the right to decide based on his own priorities
