I have no affiliation or agenda with Dr. Summers, other than a name in a public filing. I have no axe to grind. Like many investors, several years ago I invested and then investigated. Unlike many here I have heard the tomorrow story for the last several years. I have in my possession a press release dated December 1996 headlined as follows: "ABMI IN DISCUSSION WITH 5 POTENTIAL BUYERS/PARTNERS." It further states...there are 4 U.S suitors, the largest has a market cap of $10 billion, the second $1.5 billion, the next a $650 million division of a private company and the smallest $217 million. Then of course there was U.S. Surgical who paid $1.0 million for an option to do due diligence and subsequently walked away. I would think Jeff would know this being the expert. I don't like seeing more information manipulation from people who are getting compensated for it. Why is ABMI always a bridesmaid and never a bride? What do these companies know that we don't? It seems like Steve Rash has seen Annie one to many times.....Tomorrow, tomorrow
I love you tomorrow - its only a day away!
