Ok .. one more time. Gary, will this mean that the p holders will not have a chance to say or vote on keeping the "P" shares at the current status? I do not know what you mean. Meaning that we won't be able to hold "P" shares for long term? Again I do not know what you mean. I am holding my P like gold till the conversion and hope we can modify the conversion to prevent arbitrage. I am awaiting the x date and since it did not come today I will wait and see tomorrow if NASDAQ sets the x date. I am long to the conversion hopeing for more stock in splits or dividends GB
