Doug, I believe the last press release was a strong one in the sense it clarified the delay in the PR concerning TVSI/Aggression Sports aquisitions. I was told today "forget NIWOT! It's very minor to what will be announced!" So, w/o much more definition than that, I'm guessing that there are much bigger aquisitions to announce. We do know TVSI/Raabe won in court...I believe that coilition of dissident shareholders has a position of 8MM shares. I have no idea what their intent is at the point. We also know that the MM's continue to match buys with sells and that they've been shorting this from $.30. It appears that some of them are obviously selling naked to any retailer who calls an order in and then they churn to keep the price down. They are working very hard to do so IMO. I believe the PR is very near and will intice more buying. Sure, these MM's have been very profficent at keeping the price down with millions of buys and few sells, but with the strength of the PR , we might see some motivation to start covering. If Raabe has 2.5MM shares to sell, I would expect his GTC to be minimum $.0833/share. I believe he expects the upcoming PR to spike the stock at least to there. I believe the 2.5MM shares may very well be part of the 30MM shares designated as "aquistion currency", he may be selling to get an asset on the books ,@ $.0833/share =approx $208K (fast math)....if, indeed, he's selling at all...this is all guesswork on my part and I'm no financial genius... A little patience will do us good, I believe we're getting to a good point here, we'll see soon! All the Best Pugs
