Dusty, you had to buy the P knowing there would be a possibility of the conversion! If you did not, you did not do your homework!

Right ... I just do not want a forced set conversion nor a premature conversion either. Since I am long so I want the savvier than me to assist me in figuring out a way to do the conversion within the SEC rules and regulation. I am looking for the underwriting prospectus to see what we can do and the rights as a class we have.

just going to take me some to get it.
