MrMetals, there is some reluctance to discuss anything negative on this thread. Just ask that "barking dog" Ned. After the March 12/98 unaudited financial report was published I contacted the transfer agent to verify share count. The numbers published were 16,635,072 and the number from the transfer agent was 18,835,072 or 2.2 million additional. I emailed the company and was advised that the BOD would not respond to individual investors. It is possible these shares were used to pay for an acquisition or just ongoing operations, but it is possible they are leaking into the market and holding the price down. Just my thought on a possible reason for the seemingly depressed stock price. JOE
