what is obvious is that i was wrong, your suspicions of the worst...well....that is a personal problem.. why we had a "pop"? we dont control the price of the stock the mm's do...ask them why it went up and while you are at it ask them why it went down?

You admitted you don't read every post. Maybe you should. I do and frankly I don't remember anyone saying anything more than they thought something would be out. I was on the chat that night and it was Roger Templeton who posted the projected date and then reconfirmed it in the newsletter the following day. I take everything I read on these threads with a grain of salt, since in the end it is MY decision whether I believe it or not. Does enthusiasm count as 'pumping' a stock - only to the truly naive perhaps. 'Heard it on another thread', as far as I know there was no other thread at that time or didn't you bother to check that little fact out. I suggest you need to back off this because as I see it, in my opinion, you're dangerously close to getting in over your head on the legal front. I'd sincerely hate to see you in need of a life jacket ... Chuck

john, It was the last day of the two week period indicated in the info in the Digitcom Newsletter, a copy of which was posted on both this thread and the Info thread. If you had done your DD on the info thread you would know that. Lawrence

John, really,,,,, no one (that is a true investor in DGIV) gives a D.... about a daily pop! We are here because we believe in the business plan of this company. I could care less if it "pop's" short term or not. My only interest is in the long term results. My DD tells me that it should be worth the wait. You really are off base on this one. LoneStar

John,,I thought is was going to be tuesday, then friday...my sources were different than Byron's or Mackers or Rocketmans..Go back and look at my posts..I said friday from the beginning...Guess What!!! I was wrong too....The fact is nothing is certain...We do the best we can..you by the way are really starting to piss me off...you will not succeed at whatever it is that you are trying to do...
