Apology accepted Alex. On a previous message I said I commented only because I wondered at the extent and impetus for Jeff Henken's interest in ABMI which seemed to me to be very aggressive. It seemed to me to have a glossy veneer. So when the registration statement came out I thought it a tad coincidental and as Yogi Berra said " Its deja vu all over again. " I.E. Company issued 500,000 shares of free-trading stock up front to a P.R. firm for a 2-year agreement. Pretty expensive advertising for a brothel with allegedly so many pretty girls.
I have also seen Brenda Greer's name mentioned here as well as comments from her. In the registration statement she has 110,000 shares all of which are exercisable under an option agreement, 60,000 shares at an exercise price of $.34 per share and 50,000 at $.69 per share. I wonder what work she did for the Company?
