John (the one with the questions to Byron....), I've seen Byron state plenty times that news will be out soon or expect news this week and watched the stock grow as a result... I myself bought more DGIV on the anticipation of news coming out on the pop up day. It wasn't only Byron that made the assumption of the 10-SC filing coming on a certain day.... everybody kept waiting and expecting and guessing that it would be the next day. We had already passed several 'this is the day marks' along the way. The day of the pop up there was a flood of buys that morning. Who knows why? Good cheerleading? DGIV usually announces news on Thursdays? The next day it dropped dramatically.... now news came out and it was expected. There is a lot of guess work and odd predictions on timelines for all the threads I read... They are frequently not accurate. News was supposed to come out today on PLFM after being postponed from the 27th. This morning the thread readers found out it's going to hold for a couple or few weeks. I myself wonder sometimes about the news predictions.... if Byron or Macker know something (since they are usually accurate)... how much can they reveal without violating any rules.... can a person say 'Buy, there's a big announcement coming!' and be ok as long as they don't say what the announcement is? If that's ok, then I don't see that they've done anything wrong other than being optimistic. Kurt (excited about the filing, DGIV's first news for a Monday)
