Steve. If they sell the bagel in a private block sale then no problem. If they dump Bagel on the street in general then there will be no support for the price initially. Do you know how messy it is to step on a half eaten bagel while walking down the street? It won't be pretty unless they find a group of buyers for the bagel behind the scenes.

Bost wants to flush it coiffers before going to bankruptcy. They don't want to leave anything left over for the common shareholder or for the debt holders to attach. ...And no I am not short. Happy trading.
