Part of a unit was an option to purchase shares by the first anniversary for 1.00 US, I'm wondering if this could be at least a partial reason we keep hitting a ceiling on share price. Good Observation. Does this mean that we are drifting towards the $1.00 US range. Without big $ contracts and the weakness in the Y2K section, most Y2K companies are heading south. Hopefully TPII won't tank below US $1.00. Good luck everyone ACHAN
