And another one! NEWS RELEASE TNR Resources Ltd. announces that the Company has renegotiated the terms of Solitario Resources Corporation's private placement in the Company. Solitario will now purchase 1.25 million units at $0.40. Each unit consists of one common share and one half warrant. Each full warrant is exerciseable at $0.40 in the first year and $0.46 in the second year. The above is subject to regulatory approval.
