Temp, Thanks a bunch for the explanation. But must admit --- ZOOM and I didn't even have to duck. I'm afraid this is travelling too fast right now. WCOM/FTEL DVFG arrangement; FNET/WCOM network arrangement; LU/WCOM whatever testing; JMBEST/FNET/WCOM/BACKBONE A/B/MAE EAST; BAY/NETSPEAK?;AT&T/AT&T; sheesh everbody is partnering with everyone else who is partnering with someone party of the first part said they wouldn't touch with your ten-foot pole, so that in actualality they ARE partnering with them. Small startups in new industry taking on MAJOR MAJOR semi-monopolies; government doesn't know which way to turn; and MM's are messing with everyone. I've got an Excedrin Y2K headache!!
