Must Read Phone call with Smith Barney I Phone one of my brokers at Smith Barney this afternoon, and ask him to put an order for tomorrow morning, he told me that i have to sign a non solicitation paper to buy this type of stocks, and that he is going to do some research on it (the first time i bought ICVI i made it thru discover). Anyways, he just call me back and told me that the other partners in the office are full of clients calling them about it, and that this thing should fly very high before the rumors of big news on the way, if the rumors are right, he told me that ICVI could reach $10 in no time. all the best
