Well...leave this stock alone for 12 hours, and look what happens ?!!!

I sold size in October, for reasons wholly unrelated to the company or the stock. Selling price in size was 1/2 under the bid, at the time I notified the brokerage that I wanted to sell. My choice of timing, within limits. I recognized the thinness of the stock, and thought this was very fair. Still do. Maybe no block buyers available today, at any price. Maybe a lot of individual sellers. Who knows???

I wonder who made the displays for the 65%-of-sales MOT digital phones sold in the first quarter ??? Did we get any of these ???

Floyd....The transmission "infrastructure" dictates the handset frequency and mode. That equipment decision is highly political, and particularly so in the third world. Its just a morass of competing standards.

I do not know what is going on at MOT, or TFS, and I hope no one knows more than we do. I am going to buy a little more tomorrow, and hope I am not on the TFS Titanic. Hell, I am still above basis.
(Don't get me wrong.....I do not feel real smart right now. Some 27 year old guy with other peoples' money and a 90-day horizon is tanking my portfolio.)

I am here at the Carlyle, a place I dearly love, and the people next door have one of those little barking dogs in their room.......(probably one of those little $1,500 barking dogs <GGG>.)

Noblesse and others,

misery loves company, must be the reason for the increase in posts.
MCD, no posts for you today? Must have been busy with that "second" job...

Bottom line here guys is the point I made quite some time ago.
TFS has never developed an adequate audience for their business. We have made our point to management over and over again. They are either not capable of attracting the appropriate audience, inept, or even worse they simply don't care. There is simply no excuse for the stock to be trading at the current capitalization. PERIOD.

This is the fourth consecutive quarter of reduced estimates. How long do you think it will take TFS to understand that their job is to underpromise and over deliver. Instead, we get annual report after annual report promising us a bright future, quarterly report after quarterly report promising a bright future...vehement protests from top management that the comments made here on the SI forum are "unfair". Noblesse, until proven otherwise, your comments in particular have been right on. What is that you say " always jam tomorrow, never jam today"...?

I have personally spent most of my day addressing TFS B.S. with my clients. I am getting very sick of it. I have not sold any stock for those who e-mailed and asked, but I am not proud of it. TFS continues to suffer huge credibility issues in the local markets.

Let us hope tomorrow is a better day.........
