[Talking about BOD members not responding to e-mail.] 1) The e-mail address on all PR releases is there for you to send e-mail to them, NOT for them to respond to you. 2) I did not give you "flak and attitude" I told you exactly what I was told to tell you, the exact e-mail you recieved is attached below, NOTE it is NOT signed by me! ______________________________________________________________________ To Whom it may concern; Please use this site to request standard and public company information only, and not as a means of personal communication with any of the officers, employees and directors of Araldica Wineries, Ltd. There are 12 officers, directors and employees of the company, none of whom - including the webmaster - have the time to personally respond to dozens of daily messages we currently receive(like "How's things?" and "What can you tell me?"). If we wanted to (we don't), and if we could (we can't), we still could not give to each inquiry the usually non-public and company confidential information that is being repeatedly requested. I'm sorry if many will not understand or accept this policy, but it is the only way we can proceed; we cannot afford to hire a staff of people - and an extra lawyer - just to keep our many e-mailers happy. I thank you all for your interest in Araldica, and remind you that we are trying our best to get out any new information on a timely basis; if it does not happen as fast as you would like, there is usually a reason, and not always one we can discuss without first obtaining legal approval, be it good news or bad.
