Mark, when you convert the Ws to common you take away one game that the MMs can use to control the price of the stock. MMs are shorting the common and buying a W and converting to cover just like he makes money selling at the ask and buying at the bid. He is selling at the bid and buying for common shorted = W+.50. Simply put take away the W play by conversion of the W to common, then they can not short it. We have to wait this one out. Either big news or brokerage buying will happen! IMHO JeffG
