I think that the stocks came from the private placement that Jeff mentioned. They have to hold the stocks for a certain period of time and were rewarded for the risk they undertook. By the way, Jeff has publicly mentioned about this private placement opportunity on this thread. I was invited, but I decided to buy from open market. I don't think that there were any wrong doings.

And so armed with nothing but the truth Jeff Henken enters the lion's(liars) den. Do I promote ABMI? Hell yes I do but not because I am paid. No it's because I feel it's a great investment. Did I buy stock in a private placement and receive a few warrants because I paid the market price for restricted shares. Yes I did. Did Brenda Greer do the same? Yes she did almost 500,000 shares of stock under the name Sunset Construction at prices as high as .60+. What have I done for the stock. I've helped to explain this company and it's technology to anyone smart enough to read the thread. What has Brenda Greer done? She shared another winning investment with her friends. Are we ashamed of our receiving shares and warrants in a private placement? Gentlemen I for one am not. It's my belief that the two people who you seem to be most upset at have done more to make this company and it's stock succeed than any two previous investors. I hope all investors out there realize a few things. First neither Brenda nor I are paid to promote this stock. Second we just want to see it go up like anyone else long on the stock. Third neither one of us has sold any stock in ABMI. Fourth as far as I know Brenda Greer has never put one of her friends in a bad investment. I am happy to be associated with everything she does because she really cares about all of us who are long on her stock picks. Lastly I know I'm not perfect but I really do try to tell it like it is so Dr Summers the ball is once again in your court. Dr Summers have you ever posted at Yahoo under an alias? Doctor Summers are you long on this stock? Doctor Summers do you have any relatives posting on this thread? Brenda and I believe in this company. Do you? Regards, Jeff
