M. Simone. I totally agree with everything you said. Sorry if it wasn't clear in my post .... a) I specifically have a problem with using Stock Genie (see Zeev Hed's post 6439) b) A blue chip company taking care of its investors by managing the stock price is one thing (I always loved this about AOL (okay- I know its not a blue chip)...always ready with some good news if the price begins to falter, thereby making the shorts cover, and manages the analysts to the nth degree), but for a BBOTC company that hasn't started business yet and that has, by all reports, limited resources, to be targeting investors rather than customers ... well, it raises all kinds of red flags for me ... and will have done so to many other potential investors. I still haven't seen the CNBC piece (gnashing of teeth), but feel that the report probably did as much harm as good short term, and probably more harm long term. I assume this will be countered by good news from Glenn regarding subs numbers ... but there is no guarantee of that. According to Glenn, Stock Genie is being paid over 2 years ... I sincerely hope that the are not going to cover the stock for that period of time because their bad press is only just starting. If any company can pay them $50,000 for a recommendation, then there's going to be some real dogs that fail ... and PNLK will be looked at with suspicion because of it. By the by ... at least some of the early upward movement today was probably short covering. Nice to see some further strength later on, but unless there is news I doubt that 3 will hold this week. For the couple of people who have posted saying they are new to investing .... my only piece of advice is make sure you are very comfortable with the size of your investment. Averaging-in is very important ... even if you feel you may miss a very good thing. Its much worse to panic sell as the price falls, than not have the full amount you wanted in the stock if it rises. It shouldn't be a win/lose all situation - especially with BBOTC stocks. I hope that came across okay ! Good luck to everyone Stephen
