Y2k fan, IMO a very poor analogy. Look at the Earnings of APM when it was a $40.00 stock and look at the present 12 months trailing earnings. Then do the same for Vivus and you will see that based on earnings fundamentals there is no comparison. Also, comparing a magnetic head drive manufacturer to an impotency drug company is not a good analogy. Would you like me to point out a few biorech stocks that has seen the type of decline seen by Vivus and then since has rebounded to even much higher levels?
