It doesn't seem very clear but that's no surprise. What determines how
many warrants you receive? Seems to be saying you get one share of cvia/wotd/unnamed mega tire store to be named in 1999- for every warrant you have received when the share price of the common hits 3.00? Looks more like a response to mounting legal pressure and a lame
one at that, regards p.b.
