Just a guess, but the day SYCR went to .70 where 2 or 3 million shares traded, think that was dilution to keep em alive for a while longer. So what do you think, is the UpgradeAid98 the make or break thangy for the company?

I think you hit on the head.

I tend to believe they will not get funding, and if they do we could be looking at more reg. ARRRRRRR and yeah it looks like sh** Jim. Sye
