LU: Time to cover.
LU is in a precarious position here. It broke a spread triple bottom
today and has been making consistant lower tops. Support from here
until 66. A move to 65 would break all near term support.
A lot of room from there to 53, its next area of support.

I did not wish to get into it so much....I'm just annoyed, and have been for years, of blanket statements by people who latch on to a concept and swear by it without rationalizing.

I take a pass when people of African descent bring it up..these people are judging me without seeing me, based on what they have been told to think about me and besides, they have a history they know of (it's not my history, but explaining that is of no value)..I get really hot when affluent people who appear to have no other axe to grind other than to start an argument mention it.

The same people who can afford to trade and own computers to discuss trading on the internet one would expect to have a more educated viewpoint than to presume all white Americans are responsible for the ills of the world past and present.

For my own part, as I said I grew up in a poor working class town of mixed heritage. So I have an idea of what race problems are. What they are not as a rule, are problems that would be as prominent were each of the people involved had more respect for each other. This respect becomes easier when people have enough food, clothing and shelter .... certainly something each of here have.

Anyway, I prefer to try to drop it from my end and shall skip further remarks on the topic...it really does get "my Irish up", so to speak.

INDEX UPDATE
------------------------

Need to confirm it tomorrow morning when all my data is updated but if the NAZ and most of the HiTech indexes are not CLASS 1 BUYS, they are at least CLASS 2's. If they are CLASS 1's then the BUY-IN DAY would be at the lows of tomorrow. If they are CLASS 2's the BUY-IN DAY would also be tomorrow, but I would wait until WED/THUR.

Normally, I prefer not to react to CLASS BUYS unless the major indexes are all in the oversold region. Unfortunately the DOW,SPX, OEX are only in the lower mid-range, but one more down day, even just intraday, would put them at least borderline OVERSOLD.

The next pop-up/ralley in the NAZ should be taken as a SELL opportunity, since the technicals on the NAZ have intensified its negativity.

I am suspecting that we will have similar oscillations tomorrow as we did today, with a good possibility of a strong, but short pop up of 100-200 DOW points WED/THUR/FRI. However the weakness will continue into next week after this pop-up.

The key as to whether there will be a bigger pullback is whether 8700-8750 support holds. At this time the technicals are still saying trading range for the DOW of 8750-9300, but if the NAZ continues down much more it will help pull the DOW lower and possibly break the 8700-8750 support.

If tomorrow is down hard, I will probably initiate short-term CALLS in the OEX or IIX or MSH.

Not posting much now since having severe difficulties with my darn computer, but my new one should arrive this week, so I can participate in those SAVE THE WORLD TOPICS ggggggggggg

Seeya all and happy trading.
