I try not to post "negatives" until I get the public documents in my hands --- that way no one can come after me saying I posted inaccurate information. In my humble opinion, it appears there may be some very questionable things in the background of some of the companies involved. There appears to be a number of administrative issues involving the Texas Railroad Commission, in addition to a number of other financial and/or legal matters, which may, directly or indirectly, ultimately involve companies in which we may have an interest. Don't know when I'll be able post specifics, but will attempt to do so whenever I get the hardcopies in my possession. Anyone familiar with my due diligence knows that I try to only post factual first-hand information or information obtained directly from the public record. When I can post with confidence I will do so. As usual, no one should rely on my posts to make investment decisions. Do your own due diligence. Offie
