Hi, Susan. .... Good question. I've been selling a few dogs too to buy more MIDLW. I've also been engrossed in Voice Mail Setup with a new modem. I can't see why it's been such a pain. Maybe because I'm running more than 1 modem. I took an old modem out and put a New Modem in and ..... Presto Change-o !! Back to square 1. Been trying to pull a Rabbit out of my hat since Sat. I'll remember to use the ANSI Standard configuration settings (generic) the next time and forget the proprietary drivers. Ray (Now I tell me! or should I say .... Now I remind me!) I hope this one I Never have to Re-install!!
