CORP. / Dundee sells asset DUNDEE ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY DISPOSITION CALGARY, June 2 /CNW/ - Dundee Petroleum Corp. reports that it has reached an agreement to dispose of its minor working interest in a shallow gas property located in southwest Saskatchewan. The sale price is $525,000 cash, with an expected closing date of June 30, 1998. Proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce the Company's debt.
