Carole,they(SKI) just built the Grand Summit hotel here at Mt. Snow
from a lot of prefabbed components. Walls were prebuilt and trucked in as well as trusses etc. Anytime you can mass produce,in a controlled atmosphere,at a controlled cost and possibly achieve higher quality than much onsite contruction,it's the way to go.Construction time is generally reduced by quite a bit,think of prefab homes(many of them are very high quality now-not like in the past)..DD
