You may be able to add NSCP to the list. If I am not mistaken, they sold assets adn altered their reporting period to break even from an accounting earnings perpsective this latest quarter.

Yikes!! What a great catch on that 10-K. There has got to be a way have this thread monitor these reports as they come out. Shorting this baby on the day of the 10-K filing would have been a great trade. Thanks for the info.
