Welcome to the 3rd Quarter. Not to be confused with "by the end of the 1st Quarter...or shortly thereafter."

The "midnite Fax" strikes out again. ( and I mean "strikes out")
And as usual there isn't a single fact presented that would stir a single emotion in an informed long term investor of NVX.
It is about presenting the diametrically opposite view of what supports a long position . I recently had a Doctor( subscriber to the "midnite fax") comment to me that it was good to see that "he" (the writer) finally realizes "he" should lay low on this one. WRONG
Some of his statements apply as well right now to the other players, Connaught, SKB and AHP.
As to the May 7 Company release. His interpretation is just the way I would have expected anyone short to read it. I don't want to change his view. I want him to short more.
As to his comments on HiB. One key phase is "impending approval". That may just be a permanent statement. Connaught is having a problem with "interference"and combination vaccines and I don't think the problem is going to go away.
In any event he would have to go beyond just throwing up broad genralizations and distortions to convince any intelligent investor to give up a long position in NVX.
" WHEN THE SHORTS ARE REALLY IN TROUBLE THEY MAKE A LOT OF NOISE."
It has been my opinion that the shorts are really in big trouble now. His taking half of a newsletter to say nothing confirms my belief.
TIME WILL TELL. :-}
