Stonehenge-I don't want to offer suggestions, but I'll share my opinions (and we all remenber that old saying). I'm not optimistic about INTC in the short run. I reduced my position twice this year and almost pulled the trigger on the remainder today. If I had been at my computer this afternoon, I would have. Probably will wish that I had.

I still believe this company is one of the great long-term tech franchises, but is going through a tough period. Long term it will reward you if you can afford to sit. (Conventional Wisdom)

I am more optimistic about CPQ even though it continues to get pummeled. I have not reduced my position and unless I see major changes in the computer industry or the competitive balance in the industry, I will plan to hang on. Obviously the market disagrees with me.

I think I knew that you had 2000-some shares of INTC, and remember that you continued buying CPQ on the way down, but did not realize that you had accumulated that much.

My CSCO has performed well, along with HD and to a lesser degree, NB, so my total portfolio hasn't taken too big a hit, but I still plan to take some money off the table for a while.

Good luck!!
