Eric, they make their money through advertising on such a page with a strong job searching data base that they did not have to mantain or create. DIXS does not have to pay one dime for such outlets, the amazing thing is this might grow to include every TV/radio station in country.

DIXS - what's in it for the TV station.

DIXS keeps all the help wanted revenues. The TV station gets to place ad banners on their site, and on the help wanted pages. The TV/radio station gets to keep the revenues from the banner advertisers. It's simple, sweet, and brilliant. I think it will become a model for future expansion of the capabilities of the internet.
