I have no idea why anybody would pay 18 cents for it. Even after the broken promises and conflicting statements during the first three quarters of '97, #reply-2538971 "I think "what" rather than "when" is the key question. My guess is: 1. Proof that all the goodies are there to a max. of about .25 Oz per ton. IPM "knows that there is much more" but can't prove it. 2. IPM can assay it, but they are not that happy with their assay method.... are "improving and thanks to Batemen, expecting results soon." 3. If IPM had to start the recovery process right now, could do it and make money.... however, not as much as they want to. "Thanks to Batemen, expect major break through in this area sometime soon." 4. Summary.... know we have it and now stockholders do to. Know we can get it out and now stockholders do to. Strategic decision is to give "Batemen time to make dramatic improvement.... news by Xmas." (5) Stock will pop to $8 - $10, many will sell and buy back at $5.25 a couple of weeks later. Joe" I have a special thing for this guy because well after I stopped lurking the thread, much less posting, he made a threat to identify and locate me. But there are many, for instance a guy named Frank Stauffer who posted as 'CL' last spring (was 'C L Miltimore' then) and in the opinion of some posts as 'Matt Austin' now. The 'gonna git me a Viper' comment is his originally, I think. The thread really was a hoot to read early last year. I only started posting in October as a protest against desert dirt spam on another thread. It sure does take all kinds, eh
