(OMPT) 21 1/4 +1 1/4: Lehman Brothers reiterates "buy" rating on developer and manufacturer of wireless digital communications products and services as recent price pull-back provides an excellent entry point; sets year-end price target of $37 as company introduces Bosch's World 718 phone; the dual-band phone operates seamlessly on either worldwide standard and company will be the first US GSM carrier to sell the phone; with 51 roaming agreements in place and a world phone now available, company should generate a pick-up in international roaming revenues.....
