Is he stupid, or does he have a benign motive for the long run? >> Barrett is not stupid--he is required by law to release any information which can materially effect stock price in a timely manner. Someone asked a similar question (about the timing of an announcement) to Grove at the stockholders meeting, as I recall. These guys are very careful to stay within the law, since there's an army of lawyers who would love to dip into their pot. Len
