I've also lost a lot recently, so we're in the same boat.

Of course, the way this deal has been developing so far, it's very difficult to say anything positive...But the warrant dividend was a good start. Let's take it easy on Jack, he's been taking all the blame recently. I am sure the situation is more complicated then most of us think, and Jack is not the only one making decisions.

"..all funds earmarked for the closing of the WOTD deal only. The funds from the April offering have not been released from escrow.."

The PR doesn't explain that much, but (please correct me if I'm wrong) my impression is that each shareholder will receive 1 {free} warrant for each share they own. You don't have to buy them, it's a dividend distribution. They definitely need to elaborate on this.

It's hard to say how much these warrants will be worth to us, but it's better then nothing. Just like $1M sitting in escrow is better then nothing.

JMO,

Milk

Mike,

No, no, no. You don't have to buy these warrants the company is giving them to you out of the goodness of their heart.

Now the strike price is $3 so until they get up to that region you don't have to worry about anything because until it gets to that price you can't do anything with them anyway.

IF... they do get to that price then for some (so far unreported) amount of money that you put with a warrant the company will give you a share of common stock.

So, the company is going to allow you at a discount price to invest more of your hard earned money in this wonderful enterprise so you can have even more of this valuable stock.

Best of luck,
George
