Jeff:

Neither of those two issues bother me too much and I believe the stock will be a winner. The low volume might have some relation to the small float that is all I am saying. I have done some thinking and here is the reason I have come up with as to why this company went public. Again, this is in my opinion and I might be totally wrong.
They went public because they had to and they had to quickly. There are two reasons people go public, one is to gain capital and the other is to comply to certain regulations and/or comply with other company's requirement. Obviously, with the backward way they brought the company public, they did not need capital. They needed to become public and quick. Quite possibly, they needed to fulfill certain requirements for the BestBank deal. Both of these men who own this company do not need the money in assets that was generated by the reverse merger. They are in it for the hundreds of millions. They need us to lend them credibility and/or fulfill requirements. They might need financing in the future and they may use their market cap as a figure in determining the net worth of the company.
By the way, do you think Bill Gates and Paul Allen ever wanted to take MSFT public. They were required to because I think they acquired a publically owned company or something like that. Consider us those little fish that attach to a large shark. They make us move, but we are needed for the little stuff...and as long as it is this way..they will not eat us.
