Have not had a chance to read it. But hear much talk on it.
How does one value hypergrowth- easy , it is called a 10,
20, or 50 bagger. IOM, CSCO, DELL. Investors clearly are
bullish on companies that can explode earnings and it is
MUCH easier to do with computers, say than stores such as a Walmart.

From being in the computer side of academia, I have learned it
is so easy to generate cash flow and growth with simple software programs,
hardware, training, etc... Much easier than say selling steel. Nasdaq
WILL rally (eventually) !!!!!! Probably in July.

I am seriously looking
at some long term in the money leaps on DELL for my mom.
The time premium is relatively small compared to out of the money
calls. But more capital is required.

Chuzz. I am 1/2 way through the Gorilla game as well. I think your point about valuation is important. If "the market" dos not know how to value hypergrowth, then how can the Gorilla approach have any hope of success? It must be the case that the authors believe that, at some point, the gorilla is seen for what he is.

"The Gorilla Game"

Have you got to the part where they rate DELL as only a "KING"?

Phil

P.S. Maybe someday DELL will be a KING KONG.
