Thanks knight but I've got the info we were looking for. Just got off the phone with the CDN Dealer Network Listings Dept.

The CDN Dealer Network will not list for quotation any company that has "any regulatory matters currently outstanding with any regulatory body outside Canada."(re:NASDAQ) IPM currently have an appeal filed with the NASDAQ SmallCap Market regarding their delisting on NASDAQ and as long as that appeal is in process the CDN won't list the company for electronic quotation. The gentleman I spoke to said that there are no outstanding disclosure issues so the company should end up with listed quotation regardless of the outcome of the NASDAQ appeal, but not until it is finalized.

My guess on the reason IPM wasn't unlisted immediately following the NASDAQ confirmation was that IPM had to resubmit the documents for quotation and the decision process takes roughly a month.

You can see why the company is not saying much. Potentially anything said could affect their appeal with NASDAQ.
