Ma'am,

What kind of crap are you trying to pull. It doesn't matter if IWIC paid FIG's phone bill or rent or whatever. Both IWIC and FIG were receiving payment from AirStar on a monthly basis. For what? God only knows. So no matter what kind of bullshit spin you want to put on it, AirStar wasted an enormous amount of cash on IWIC/FIG/LANZA. You can say whatever you want about Joe V, but the fact that he canned FIG shows that he's at least learning to be competent.

You state that a "major shareholder" spoke to Joe V, asked numerous questions and received "mumbo jumbo" for answers. You also state that this shareholder called Joe V again and got "different" answers to the same questions and that Joe V then denied giving the first answers. According to you, this proves Joe V is a liar. To me this is typical FIG/LANZA bullcrap. What are the specifics? What questions were asked? What were Joe V's answers? How did the second set of answers contradict the first? If you're going to slander Joe V, at least have the courtesy to give us the facts, not innuendo.

P.S. Can you tell us exactly (or even approximately) how many shares of Xecom/AirStar Joe Lanza, Jayne Lanza, FIG, IWIC, TopNet and Mario Lanza sold during the last 18 months?

P.S.S. Can you tell us exactly how much AirStar paid totally over the years to FIG/IWIC or any entity controlled wholly or in part by Joe Lanza?

To the Lanza's

You should please remove the "AirStar" web page from the internet. As far as I understand, FIG is not longer a consultant to AirStar, and, therefore, should not be maintaining an "AirStar" web page. With the considerable amount of money AirStar will be saving having fired FIG, it should be able to hire a geek to run its own "official" web site. TJS
