I was sent this in an email about POKR I just called the company about 5 minutes of writing this email, i spoke to a lady, and asked her a few question on POKR,,, June 1/98 1) I just recently bought POKR what happens to my shares in regards to the AVIA buyout? Response: Basically for every 6 Shares of POKR you will recieve 1 share of AVIA. 2) This 6:1 ratio is this just a agreed upon ratio, or is it still up int the air? Response: This 6:1 ration is SET, It has been agreed upon by both parties. 3) When when this deal between "POKR" and "AVIA" be completed? Response: This Friday (June 5/98) Joe PTG&LI !!!
