Nice to hear from you again.Yes I think like you-6months home restraint insnt to much to pay if you can walk away with millions. But Shelly Kraft is not free. There is another civil suit been filed by an investor who is accusing Kraft of selling and buying from his own account. This individual was one of Kraft's bigger brokerage accounts. I also understand there are an number of additional suits getting ready for filing. Our Dept of Justice shold be ashamed to have let his off so easily and for also not pursuing many others who cooperated with Kraft in the Sexi fraud.
