What about buying when stocks went down in Oct '97? Apr '97? Jul '96?

Craig, it's different this time! Oops, that's the bulls line when confronted with valuation concerns. Oh well. Works for me. So what's different? As a Clinton campaign aid might say, "Pass the bucks". No, that's not it. Oh, I remember, "It's the earnings, stupid". Not you, of course. I don't go in for all that name calling.

BTW, I do like Biker Jim. Don't always agree with him (interest rates last year being one instance), but find him interesting an insightful. Particularly enjoy his debates with Kathleen Hayes (sp?) on CNBC.
