TPI has reached an agreement with BigiSoft, Inc. to be a primary distributor of BigiSoft, Inc.'s Vertex 2000 for Canada and a non-exclusive distributor for Commonwealth countries and the United States. The Wall Street Journal coined Vertex 2000 the ''silver-plated bullet'' of the Year 2000 problem. Vertex 2000 is an object-code-driven conversion utility that scans object code (not source code) for Year 2000 violations. BigiSoft Inc. estimates that Vertex 2000 will work significantly faster than manual and/or source code conversion approaches. Vertex 2000, uses the Bigit Methodology(TM) (patent-pending technology) developed by Bob Bemer. Subsequent to a letter of intent that was signed with Bob Bemer's company in September 1997, TPI continues to grow its relationship with BigiSoft, Inc. Great News....naysayers were wrong. Really glad to hear that US is open to us as well as Canada. I was afraid that we would get only Canada, that was the rumor. This will now give credence to TPII.... remember the Big Boy analysts will need a while to absorb this whole thing. This truly may be the news that is the "silver bullet" as the Wall St. Journal said, to kick start interest bigtime in this stock. Slow, steady rise past resistance in the very low $2.00's over the next few days or weeks, then WHAM! Just my prediction....may go pretty fast at some point soon or a slow steady rise.
