I don't think that the MSFT versions of a lot of these add-ons have anything like the same functionality - the 'integrated' version is just 'good enough'. Is MSFT able to replace a good add-on with an OK integrated version just because it is free? MSFT was going to 'crush' the Citrix winframe market by buying the key technology and incorporating it into Hydra. Only problem was. it is hard to do a good job even when they bought a lot of the pieces. Citrix is still doing fine, hydra is still not a product.
