*COPIA'S PICK* Dear Joe, USTI looks like the pick for getting in at THE BOTTOM. Volume is picking up today. This is the day to get in. I owned at .06 and now again today a few added at .04. You need to let people know about this one. This could be an easy run to $1.00 if everyone gets behind it, PLUS, your DD says this one is an INVESTMENT -- NOT A TRADER! I know the little guys keep wondering how they can get in one of these runners at the bottom -- WELL, this is the one!
