A little refresher on GNII dividend and the company:

To get dividend shares of the company being spun off by GNII you must, of course, be a shareholder of GNII as of the record date, June 5, 1998, and that a press release on the dividend is at ncal.verio.com
where it states that "GlobeNet shareholders on record Friday, June 5, 1998 will receive one share of GX for each 2 shares of GlobeNet." and that "The company plans to file an S1 registration of the dividend shares."

Hey Joe, care to average up with us on DIXS? The word is out to place buy orders before the final bell (approx 15 mins before). I'd love to see this gap up again.
